Flat in the Barrio de Las Delicias

Muy buena ubicación

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, las tiendas y restaurantes, la cercanía a la estación de metro lo hacen muy buena opción, sino te importa el ruido.

Aspectos negativos: El ruido que hacían los vecinos era terrible, se escuchaba todo, un día nos tocó pedirles que dejaran descansar. Realmente fue lo único malo

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy bello y cómodo en todos los sentidos y cerca del metro y frente a mercadona

Aspectos negativos: Lo único que no me gustó es que hay que subir 3 pisos con maletas y las escaleras son incómodas

Acogedor y bien ubicado

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, el piso en general, pequeño pero suficiente para los 3. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Los anfitriones muy atentos y se han adaptado a nuestras necesidades.

Aspectos positivos: Me and my family stayed in this apartment for 7 days and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed, and the host was friendly and responsive. It was a perfect stay for a one week trip — I would definitely come back!

We stayed in Madrid for holiday and to visit a friend.

Aspectos positivos: The appartment was very comfy. It was clean and as expected. It is situated very close to a metro station. There were no problems overall and everythign was fine.

Aspectos negativos: The agency that manages this appartment sent masses of messages, all via WhatsApp. I do not like using WhatsApp for professional arrangements and had preferred this had been done via Booking. Also I had to sign a web-based 3-day lease contract for the time we stayed in the appartment, which was presented to me as a check-in form. There were construction works in the building and the elevator didn't work; so we had to carry our luggage up tot he third floor via some provisional stairs.

Madrid vibes

Aspectos positivos: We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Madrid! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The host was also very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: If you have a lot of luggage you will have to carry it in your hands up to the third floor as there is no elevator.

Διαμονή σε εξυπηρετική τοποθεσία στη Μαδρίτη

Aspectos positivos: Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μετρό και με πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε (απέναντι βρίσκεται φαρμακείο, στην ίδια γειτονιά βρίσκεται super market κ.ά).Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, μας πληροφόρησε πλήρως (μέσω μηνημάτων καθώς δεν τον γνωρίσαμε).

Aspectos negativos: Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο χωρίς ανελκυστήρα (οπότε ανεβάσαμε τις βαλίτσες μας από τα σκαλιά) και ότι την περίοδο που εμείς επισκεφθήκαμε τον χώρο γίνονταν εργασίες στην πολυκατοικία (αν κατάλαβα καλά, φτιάχνουν ανελκυστήρα), με αποτέλεσμα το διαμέρισμα να γεμίζει πολλή σκόνη από τα τριβεία των εργατών. Αλλά αυτό προφανώς είναι προσωρινό. Επίσης αναμένει κανείς να βρει έστω μικρά μπουκαλάκια σαμπουάν για τις πρώτες μέρες στον χώρο, κάτι που οι περισσότεροι προσφέρουν, αλλά, γενικά, είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Aspectos positivos: L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato ed è quindi moderno. L'aria condizionata è stata determinante in quanto a Madrid faceva molto caldo. La cucina ha tutto l'indispensabile anche se è veramente minuscola. Vicinissimo alla metro e a un supermercato molto fornito. Volendo si può andare verso la stazione dei treni anche a piedi.. non è molto distante. La comunicazione è stata ottimale anche se unicamente per messaggi WhatsApp.

Aspectos negativos: La stanza matrimoniale è piccola e senza nessun comodino o luce per leggere. Il divano letto è un po scomodo per gli adulti. Ritengo che l'appartamento sia idoneo per due adulti e max. un bambino/ragazzo.

Ottima posizione, appartamento attrezzato e host molto disponibili

Aspectos positivos: Posizione top, vicinissima alla stazione metro e a poche fermate dal centro, supermercati vicinissimi e quartiere tranquillo. Alloggio pulito e attrezzato e host molto disponibili. Lo consiglio

Bon emplacement à Madrid

Aspectos positivos: L appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du métro et des commerces. La literie est confortable et l' immeuble est au calme.

Aspectos negativos: Les pièces sont petites, peu d espace... Correct pour 2 personnes mais compliqué pour 4 personnes, comme proposé sur le site. Le système pour ouvrir et fermer la porte de l intérieur ne fonctionnait pas bien mais cela devait être réparé après notre séjour.
