Muy buena ubicación pero un poco caro

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente. La amplitud del apartamento.

Aspectos negativos: El baño de la habitación olía y el toallero estaba roto. Estuvimos una semana y nos dejaron dos botellines minis de champú y de gel para tres personas y seis días. Para el lavavajillas 2 dosis. Si vas un día te deben poner parecido, porque menos es difícil. Creo que debería ir proporcional a los días y personas, puesto que también te cobran por días y personas. Aunque pone que tiene ascensor tienes que subir siempre escaleras o subir y bajar porque no está en la entrada y queda entre pisos. Para personas con movilidad reducida es un problema.

Persimo sistema de acceso

Aspectos positivos: El lugar era centrico, muy limpio y amplio, muchos lugares para comprar cerca y comodo. el apartamento esta rodeado de tiendas y bares.

Aspectos negativos: La llave se bloqueaba y me dejo fuera del departamente , tuve que esperar 40 min a que alguien de soporte me apoye, llamaba al nro de soporte pero solo me pudieron atender el soporte en ingles , el nro en español me colgaban la llamada. Ademas el pago de fianza demora muchisimo su devolucion no recomiendo el apartamento por ese detalle. A la fecha con mas de 7 dias luego usar el apartamento no me han devuelto mi pago de fianza.

Spacious, central apartment in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: This apartment is huge and really lovely. It didn’t look so good in the pictures but we were really impressed with the terrace and the whole apartment. It’s great value and a fantastic location. The mithouse app is a bit annoying to get set up and everyone checked in but once that’s done it’s a fantastic way to gain entry to the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment wasn’t ready when we checked in at 15:15 so we had to leave and come back in 20 mins.

Aspectos positivos: The appartment is great and spacy, good place and everything is nearby. Kitchen was good. Appartment was warm. Bath rooms were good also but nothing except small soap was present.

Aspectos negativos: Not enough toilet paper, things for washing machine and dishwasher. Opening of the door didn't work all the time, especially when we arrived. The tone of the information in the app was kind of unacceptable it sounds to me like we are some kind of poor relatives and not the paying customers.

If there's another better choice, here won't be very competitive.

Aspectos positivos: This house is a newly renovated old house located in the downtown area of the city, only about 5 minutes' walk from Plaza Sol and Banco de Espana. There's two bedrooms and 2 washrooms in total. The master bedroom with separate bathroom, the decoration of the house is very classic and the heating works very well.

Aspectos negativos: The location of the elevator is very unreasonable. You can't use the elevator on the first floor. You have to go up a flight of stairs before you can use the elevator. However, walk halfway up the stairs and you're there arrived the floor. What's the point of using the elevator? You have to take the stairs anyway, which of course isn't a problem when you have no luggage, however my dad and I were carrying two large suitcases that we had to carry up and down the stairs.Which is not friendly to travellers.

Excelente, o apartamento é muito bom.

Aspectos positivos: O apartamento é excelente, bem espaçoso. A única dica que eu deixo é oferecer algumas coisas básicas, como sal, tempero, azeite (tudo em miniatura).

Aspectos negativos: o acesso às chaves não é tão simples.. porque exige baixar aplicativo e se não tivermos internet temos dificuldades.

Aspectos positivos: Spacious, nicely furnished apartment in a fabulous location for touring the sights of Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: The electronic entry system was difficult to use because the locks were very temperamental. But we were pleased to find an actual set of keys inside the apartment which we used for our entire visit. Also, the shutters in both bedrooms stuck and couldn’t be closed to truly darken the rooms but it didn’t really cause us a problem

Aspectos positivos: application compliquée. il faut inscrire tous les hôtes, c'est très long

Aspectos positivos: Mieszkanie jest przestronne i dodatkowo ma dwie łazienki, co było bardzo wygodne na pobyt dla czterech osób. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona w sprzęty, wszędzie w domu i tarasie czysto. Kontakt z gospodarzem łatwy, żadne pytanie nie pozostało bez odpowiedzi. Dostęp do mieszkania przy pomocy aplikacji, co pozwoliło na bezkontaktowe zameldowanie kiedy dotarliśmy na miejsce ok 2 w nocy, ale klucze też dostępne na miejscu w mieszkaniu. Super lokalizacja mieszkania - ok. 5 min do placu Sol, max. 10 min do Gran Via, a wciąż w przystępnej cenie. Jak najbardziej polecam i jeśli kiedyś wrócę do Madrytu, to chętnie skorzystam raz jeszcze.

Aspectos negativos: Jedyne co to zabrakło mi podstawowych produktów spożywczych/przypraw do ewentualnego gotowania jak np. sól, olej/oliwa, herbata, bo akurat sami przygotowywaliśmy dla siebie śniadania, a szkoda było kupować tego typu produkty na raz, ale to naprawdę drobiazg.
