Aspectos positivos: Bien aprovechamiento de espacio, amabilidad de los propietarios y sencillez a la entrada y salida

Estancia cómoda, acogedora y con todos los servicios.

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó todo! Esta perfectamente equipado, muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Fácil la forma de acceso y céntrico con el metro justo al lado. Totalmente recomendable! Los anfitriones atentos en todo momento a cualquier pregunta que surgiera.

Aspectos negativos: Nada.

Estancia agradable en apartamento pequeño y acogedor en el centro de Madrid

Aspectos positivos: La decoración del cuarto y la ubicación central del apartamento. Ademas es muy completo con nevera y lavadora. Si bien no tiene vista es muy luminoso y alegre. Tiene aire acondicionado y eso es clave para dias calurosos.

Aspectos negativos: No tiene ascensor y es importante tenerlo en cuenta si viajas solo y tienes maleta grande; si bien hay una toma de corriente en el baño, no se puede conectar nada porque está practicamente detras del espejo; no hay un espejo grande o mediano; el armario es pequeño e incluso si se va a colgar solo un blazer, no cabe y puede terminar arrugándose.

Amazing location !

Aspectos positivos: It was very nice and clean, excellent location, kind owner eager to help and the apartment was easy to enter via the app (no need for internet to get inside the building, you need internet to get inside the apartment but they give you the wifi info beforehand so no problems there !)

Aspectos negativos: We had a problem showering… The hot water pressure was way too low, even after the owner came to help, it was just too low to be able to shower properly and it was especially difficult washing long hair. We would consider staying here again if the owner takes care of this, hopefully it gets fixed !

Extraordinary!

Aspectos positivos: Extremely well cleaned and maintained. Feels like I am the first guest. Location very good. Close to train and bus station. Direct bus 203 to the airport. Close to museums. Food store nearby.

Lovely cozy place at a great location!

Aspectos positivos: Very cozy and homy. Has all needed appliances even though it's small. Wifi and aircon both worked well. The place is clean and the building is nice. Not busy or noisy at all. The location is also good, as many things are definitely walkable (like for example Puerta del Sol, La Latina and Retiro Park)

Aspectos negativos: The shower took a while to get warm and when put to warm, the water pressure was very low, which made it a bit hard to wash your hair comfortably. Also couldn't figure out how to work the hood above the stove, but maybe that was just me.

Aspectos positivos: Very good price for value. I was skeptical about electronic lock but it worked without issues
