Aspectos positivos: Buenos espacios, bien ubicado, aireado, iluminado, espacio social para compartir, atención rápida de Rafael ante la urgencia por que se fue la luz en el apartamento y por ende no Internet, no estufa, no aire acondicionado. Resolvió pronto una vez le informamos.

Aspectos negativos: El ascensor estaba dañado y no nos avisaron a tiempo, y subir y bajar maletas o paquetes de compras de 10 personas que eramos mi familia fue pesado, nos limitó un poco por ser un cuarto piso. . Fue el único tema.

Genial para grupos

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de Sol. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in. Genial para grupos.

Una estancia tranquila y facil!!!

Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion es excepcional. Cerca de buenos restaurantes y de la estacion de autobuses y estacion de trenes locales de Madrid. Hay lavanderias grandes muy cercas con detergente incluido y economicas y logre llevarme la ropa lavada. Cerca de lugares de recarga de tarjetas de uso de metro, cambio de dinero y sobre todo, cerca de Plaza Mayor. No hay estacionamiento, pero en Madrid todo se debe correr en autobuses, trenes o taxi.

Aspectos negativos: Tiene dos baños que son bastantes pequeños y resulto un poco incomodo. Hay reglamento de cero ruido desde las 11:00pm hasta las 7:00 am, lo cual puede ser un inconveniente para personas que por naturaleza son alborotozos o extremadamente felices. No deben llevar equipaje muy pesado porque aunque hay elevador es complicado porque tienen que pasar escaleras para llegar al apartamento.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location, beautiful apartment that accommodated our large family group of 10 very comfortably. Excellent communication in lead up to stay.

Aspectos negativos: Only 7 forks in the drawer, no tea towels provided. Strong smell in one ensuite - unsure if drains or mould at fault.

Overall a good apartment

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very central. It was very clean. The patio was great for sunny days. It had a lift as it was on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet.

Aspectos negativos: More mirrors in the bedrooms near power sockets. The tv had no English channels. Only one small tea towel. Basic provisions should have been provided i.e. washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and milk for the day of arrival. Only one person could use the shower at a time as the water was scalding if more than one used it.

Central location, good apartment. Faulty elevator/lift.

Aspectos positivos: Location was central, close to main attractions. Apartment is as spacious as advertised. Good all day and night hot water. Nice balcony. Quiet, given the higher floor.

Aspectos negativos: The elevator/lift was faulty. We booked the property as there was an elevator access to the 5th floor property, but the elevator kept getting stuck most of the times it was used. Luckily it did not stop while we were in it. This was inconvenient as we had person with arthritis and joint replacements in our party. Also, although the contact person responded to any queries, there was a delay of about an hour before they responded. The online link they provided for unlocking the main door on the street (at check-in) did not work and their response was not prompt to sort this out.

A clean space in a great location.

Aspectos positivos: Plenty of space, clean property. Lovely little balcony.

Aspectos negativos: There were a lot of stairs up to the apartment as it was on the fourth floor! But there is a lift.
