Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado, el apartamento está muy bien y fue fácil llegar. Todo impecable.

La mejor ubicación

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y el departamento en general excelente, cómodo, limpio y hermosamente decorado.

Aspectos negativos: Deberían bajar un poco la cortina de uno de sus baños para que no rebalse el agua de la ducha, una pequeñez nomas.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación, hay dos supermercados en la calle, una farmacia, cafetería.... Todas las instrucciones nos las dieron por WhatsApp, y aunque no tuvimos problemas, me parece que falta un poco más de trato personal. Las camas me parecieron bastante cómodas.

Aspectos negativos: Faltaba un poco de limpieza, había polvo debajo de los sillones y en las repisas también. Estuvimos una semana y no nos cambiaron las toallas.

We had a really good stay in Madrid. All in all the price of the apartment and location are very good. No safety concern

Aspectos positivos: The lounge area was comfortable with the sofas and there was a nuce TV.

Aspectos negativos: The memory foams pillows were weird and so uncomfortable. You either love memory foam or hate it though. The bathroom in the main bedroom is open and the toilet is glass! Not nice. The shower doesn’t have enough pressure to actually use and the bath you have to be a contortionist to use the taps, leaning around a glass wall. There are so many sliding doors the cleaning isn’t great, particularly in the kitchen them floor around the dishwasher and door corners were grubby- it would be difficult to clear. The cupboard around the boiler in the kitchen there’s wires hanging down which are also grubby. Sliding doors to the bedroom attached to the lounge are heavy and not suitable if you are not fully able. Do wonder about fire risk also.

Great apartment in a perfect location for a city stay

Aspectos positivos: Great location right next to Retiro Park and a supermarket right next door. Very spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Aspectos negativos: Our only criticism was the pillows! So uncomfortable!

Fantastically located, stylish and comfortable apartment, perfect for a family city break

Aspectos positivos: Loved the location and the peaceful stylish decor of the apartment. It suited our short break in Madrid perfectly. Everything was laid out practically and comfortably. Grocery stores were located on the street and we enjoyed being so close to the El Retiro park. Great communication with managers.

Aspectos negativos: The beds are very hard, not super comfortable. And there was construction in the flat next door, which was loud.
