Aspectos positivos: Muy buena la atención todo el tiempo y general el departamento en todos los sentidos estuvo muy cómodo

Aspectos negativos: Lo único que no me gusto fue que se mete mucho ruido de los demás departamentos pero fuera de eso estuvo excelente

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado, no es muy retirado del palacio. Además muy cómodo

Aspectos negativos: La estufa no funcionaba y las escaleras están algo peligrosas.

Aspectos positivos: The place was wonderful, and the communication was very good as well. It was very spacious for 2-3 people. The location was not the best as there is no metro station nearby, but there were plenty of bus stops, which made it easily reachable. Also, it has many green areas in a very quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was amazing as well.

Aspectos negativos: The stairs leading to the upper side (bed side) are a bit unstable. I would invest in a better solution to prevent any issues. Also, the apartment next door was a bit too loud at night (it's part of the same owner). Perhaps implementing stricter policies about noise would be beneficial.

Aspectos positivos: Spacious and tranquil apartment. Very centrally located, within easy walking distance of La Latina / Palacio Real areas and also 15 minutes on foot from nearby metro stop (Puerta del Ángel). Well appointed, comfortable, tastefully decorated, great shower. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Bedroom area (bed was wonderfully comfortable) is in a mezzanine with rather steep steps. We had no problem with this but maybe not the best choice for anyone unsure on their feet. It was excellent value for money and communication with the intermediary was efficient. Highly recommendable, with the one small caveat above. If we were to return to Madrid (which we would love to do; it’s wonderful), we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. We are two pretty fit and healthy people in our early-60s.

Aspectos positivos: Rustige appartement naast de rivier en park Madtid Rio. Je kan veel lopend doen als je zin en tijd hebt. Ook, de bus is om de hoek, of 10 min lopen naar de metro.

Aspectos negativos: Als je lang of groot bent, raad ik je de slaapbank af. Het is niet comfortabel. Ik heb om hulp gevraagd. De gastvrouw/ gastheer hebben voor een oplossing gezorgd. Dit was fijn. Waardoor ik beter sliep.

Aspectos positivos: Bardzo dobra przestrzeń samego mieszkania. Duża łazienka ( może zabrakło pralki). W sąsiedztwie mieszkania jest wszyscy co potrzebne: apteka ( 5 m) , restauracje i bary ( 50 m) , mini market ( 200 m) , supermarket (550 m) , przystanki autobusowe ( 50-350 m)

Aspectos negativos: Byliśmy w 3 osoby. 2 spały na małżeńskim łóżku wchodząc po drabinie ( trochę za ciepło , a jeśli włącza się wiatrak to w miarę ok , ale bardzo głośno) , 1 osoba spała na dole na kanapie. Kanapa usadowiona w specyficznym miejscu, bo zaraz przy wejściu i klimatyzacja wieje wprost na kanapę 😅 . Kanapa już jest trochę wysłużona, bo w jednej części jest zapadnięta.

Aspectos positivos: L'appartamento è una zona tranquilla e si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Il bagno davvero ottimo con una bella doccia

Aspectos negativos: Nel complesso carino, ma il divano letto è da cambiare!

Excelente custo benefício. Alugaria novamente.

Aspectos positivos: Apartament dragut. Confortabil, călduros, perfect pt o familie. Gazda disponibila. Este si un parc vis a vis, unde copiii se pot juca.

Aspectos negativos: Nimic neplăcut. Este la 2 km de centrul orașului dar plimbarea pe jos este plăcută.

Aspectos positivos: המקום היה נקי ומסודר, היה כל מה שצריך ליחיד או לזוג.

Aspectos negativos: המיקום היה קצת רחוק מהמרכז.
