Mejor de lo que esperaba

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza del apartamento y la ubicación, excelentes. A 20 minutos caminando del centro de Madrid. Tenía de todo: plancha de ropa, secador, cafetera tipo nespresso, lavavajillas, microondas, aire acondicionado.... Totalmente equipado. A pesar de estar en una calle concurrida, estaba muy bien insonorizado y no se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle.

Aspectos negativos: Nada. Todo fue perfecto.

A lovely well equipped base for exploring Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: Firstly the location! We were in Madrid for a concert at La Riviera and the apartment was just across the street. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk into town for the second day when we spent the day seeing the sights. The property was beautifully clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing!

Aspectos positivos: This place was perfect for two people. It was very, very clean and lots of amenities were provided, like silverware, pans, and plates. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The location was walking distance to many attractions while still being in a quiet, safe part of the city. Though the apartment is on the ground floor and street, we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable once. The property managers were very communicative, helpful, and nice!

Aspectos negativos: The hot water doesn’t last beyond 15 min. The door lock was hard to work at time. The upstairs neighbors were VERY noisy. They would often bounce what sounded like a basketball above the bed, and like there was construction going on. But, we understand that the property manager can not control this.

Overall a wonderful stay in Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: The property is quite nice and very near city buses that will take you to the center.

Aspectos negativos: Although not in the center but still a great location. Towels could be a bit better and it would have been nice to have coffee to make in the mornings.

Bon appartement pour quelques jours

Aspectos positivos: Appartement agréable, Pièce de vie agréable Plutôt bien situé et calme une fois dans l’appartement Nuit calme

Aspectos negativos: Fuite constaté dans la salle de bain au début du séjour mais non réglé avant notre départ, malgré d’un mail envoyé La récupération des clés n’est pas pratique.
