Calidez en Malasaña - Nix

Aspectos positivos: Todo muy bien. Alojamiento sencillo pero con todo lo necesario. Cómodo el sillón cama. Buena ducha. Bien ubicado, muy cerca de la Gran Vía y a mano de los sitios de interés. El acceso a las llaves y departamento es muy práctico, con un link en el móvil. El anfitrion amable y respondía rápido.

Aspectos negativos: Que había olor en el departamento (de algún desagüe), no era grave pero deben mejorar eso porque no es agradable.

Aspectos positivos: Nos gusto que tuviera aire acondicionado en la habitación principal, por el calor que pasamos. Era céntrico y muy comodo

Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, amplio, luminoso. Estuvieron atentos y nos guiaron para hacer el check in. Nuestra anfitriona Paz fue súper amable!

Aspectos positivos: Una muy buena opción para visitar Madrid, muy céntrico y limpio.

Aspectos positivos: Central location in a quiet part of Malasaña (which is rare), close to literarily everything. Great WiFi. Good communication with the host. All amenities.

Aspectos negativos: The air con unit is in the living room and won’t cope with the heat throughout the entire flat (it’s an attic under the roof). There is a fan in the bedroom, but like any fan, it makes noise and doesn’t cool off the temperature. During my 6-day stay, the (permanent) residents next door played trip hop music half the time in the night and / or in the morning.

A decent stay in a nice apartment in heart of downtown.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is big and comfortable. No smells and cleanliness was decent. The AC only really cools down the main living area, not the bedroom for example. Good storage in the bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Easy to contact host. Also location was fantastic!

Aspectos negativos: Biggest issue for us was the lack of keys: there is only one actual key for the actual apartment building, so if you’re travelling with more people, you will have to stick together or you won’t get in. I had to wait on the street for other residents to come in or out, when my pals were out with the key. Really there should be at least two sets of keys. The spare sofa bed is also kinda uncomfortable.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location ; right in the centre of Madrid. Very comfortable property . Nice rooms . Good security . Excellent bathroom . Great sofa bed .

Aspectos negativos: The only minor negative was that there was a slight drain smell from the shower .

Aspectos positivos: Logement très bien placé. Très proche de centre ville et des attractions touristiques.

Aspectos positivos: Não tinha café da minhâ, porém estava ciente. O melhor é a localização. Prédio antigo como todos da região, mas o apartamento estava muito bem conservado.
