Perfecto para unos días por Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación. Entrada sencilla. Un chico nos llamó para concretar hora de llegada y nos estuvo esperando. Muy atento. Cama grande. Limpio. Terraza pequeña pero muy bonita. Equipado.
Aspectos negativos: Cocina muy pequeña.

Aspectos positivos: Місцезнаходження у самому центрі міста,усі цікаві місця дуже близько. Дуже гарний від з вікна на місто.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage: direkt an der Puerta de Sol mit U-Bahn-Station Die Sauberkeit: Bad sauber, Wohnung sauber Die Terrasse: angenehm, draußen zu sitzen Die Ruhe: Trotz zentraler Lage kaum Lärm Klimaanlage/WLAN: funktioniert top
Aspectos negativos: Keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Musste man auf dem Trockengestell aufhängen, das in der ohnehin engen Wohnung zusätzlichen Raum einnimmt. Einmal unter der Dusche stellt man fest, dass das Handtuch nicht im Bad ist. Kein zweiter Nachttisch vorhanden. Nur drei Handtücher für zwei Personen bei fünf Übernachtungen, kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Matratzenbezug knapp bemessen, schließt genau mit Fuss- und Kopfende ab Mit geringen Investitionen könnten die Annehmlichkeiten des Gastes deutlich erhöht werden.

Our time in Madrid
Aspectos positivos: The location was supub. Close and within walking distance to almost everything. Many transportation options otherwise. Good food options for dinning and shopping. The wifi was good. Plenty of hot water for bathing and cleaning. The small kitchen was well equipped. The terrace was a nice bonus but needs new furniture. The lift made it easy to get highth for a view. The washing machine made our 2 wk stay comfortable. The large refrigerator was handy. The A/C worked great for heat and cooling. The theater next door has professional performances. We loved it.
Aspectos negativos: The laminate floor has some damage it was spongey and splinters were on the edges where it was possible to injure bare feet. The furniture needs an update. The kitchen is very small and the dishes are placed so high that a step stool is needed to reach them. Our 2 week stay was a little too long for no clean linens. There is a washer but no dryer. The rack could not hold sheets. ( which were too small for the bed) The TV had no world news channels. If you know how to change the audio to English you could get a few movie channels.

Aspectos positivos: Top Lage alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Laufnähe. Ansonsten gleich an der Metro Station Sol und somit eine kurze Fahrt zum Flughafen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, also top. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden und der Balkon hat einen traumhaften Ausblick.
Aspectos negativos: Ein neuer Balkonstuhl wäre schön. Das Dachfenster über dem Bett war undicht.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, la terraza tiene una vista preciosa. Estuve con mi hijo de un año y medio, muy cómodos, pude preparar comidas y lavar ropa, ya que contaba con todo lo necesario. También pude guardar mis maletas luego de hacer el check in. El anfitrión fue muy amable y estuvo atento a mis necesidades.
