Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien equipado, cómodo, nuevo y bien situado para lo que nosotros queríamos, cerca del Wizink Center y para salir de Madrid en coche.
Aspectos negativos: Lo único que podría indicar es algunos ruidos de los vecinos y de la calle el sábado por la noche, pero nada destacable.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, ubicación, comodidad, calefacción. Ideal si sólo necesitas dormir, ducha y desayunos o cenas ligeros. Tamaño adecuado para estancias cortas.
Aspectos negativos: Algo de ruido en la salida y entrada de vecinos y que el portal no quedaba bien cerrado. Instalaciones del edificio muy antiguas. Pero luego, dentro del apartemento, todo bien; quizás algo más de espacio donde colocar ropa, especialmente en invierno; pero se aprovecha bien.

Excelente ubicación y alojamiento
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es muy buena y el alojamiento está muy bien. Tienes todo lo que necesitas cerca y está muy bien comunicado.
Aspectos negativos: El edificio es muy antiguo, no tiene portero y el portal está abierto las 24 horas.

Cute studio in a central location
Aspectos positivos: Great location, super central and close to the retiro park. The apartment is clean and matches the photos.
Aspectos negativos: The building is a little old especially the common area. The access to the main door does not work 100% of the time.

We would like to stay again when we come to Madrid.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. The location is very good.
Aspectos negativos: The air conditioner does not heat well and is very noisy, it should be repaired or replaced. The common areas of the apartment need maintenance.

Visit Dali at the National Museum
Aspectos positivos: Very nice room for the price. A little small, but ideal if you don’t plan to stay at home all day. Should be comfortable for two people as well. Everything is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Good location in a quiet area. You can walk to the city center through a beautiful park where you can see peacocks. You can also rent a bike and reach any location in 5–10 minutes. Very good apartments and location.
Aspectos negativos: Theoretically, if you arrive late in the evening, the entrance door to the hall might be closed, and you would need to find a way to contact the property owner to enter. Most of the time it’s open, and if you already have the keys, you can open the hall door yourself (the keys are in a lockbox inside the hall). So, in case of a late check-in, my advice is to contact the property owner in advance to make sure you can get in smoothly.

Overall the location was amazing, the staff was very helpful and kind.
Aspectos positivos: Loved the location, right across the street from the park and near a lot of good restaurants.
Aspectos negativos: The walls are a little thin, so you can hear neighbors conversations or people in the hallway.
