Muy agradable, para volver
Aspectos positivos: Enorme y muy bonito. Con buen olor. Personal de limpieza muy atento y buena comunicación con ellos para la entrada y salida. Detalles en el apartamento.Nos dejaron dulces, patatillas y galletas. No se escucha demasiado ruido, buen descanso. Las camas cómodas .
Aspectos negativos: No tienen TV en los dormitorios. No se tienen datos móviles en la habitación principal ni llega él wifi.

Aspectos positivos: El departamento muy cómodo, excelente ubicación,con minimarket y restaurante cercanos
Aspectos negativos: Solo sugiero que se le informe a los clientes que el agua opera con termo y que la capacidad es limitada,para que grupos numerosos se organicen .

Overall, great value for money – we would definitely recommend and stay again!
Aspectos positivos: Perfect location in the heart of Madrid – everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful whenever we had questions. Great value for money – would definitely recommend and stay again!
Aspectos negativos: The bathrooms are a little bit old, but it was fine for a short stay

Aspectos positivos: The staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent, just in the heart of madrid, we could see most of the attractions by walking. It is a very recommended place. For sure we will stay there again

I would definitely stay again.
Aspectos positivos: The property was excellently furnished. Our hosts even left us a welcome gift including a bottle of wine, cookies and chocolate :)). The location is to die for! It is just a few minutes from the busy Gran Via and there are shops and cafes right outside the main door.
Aspectos negativos: There were no shower curtains, which made the bathroom very messy. But I'm sure this issue can easily be fixed... no big deal.

Aspectos positivos: Alloggio perfetto, ottima posizione, pulito, caldo, accogliente e molto grande. 3 stanze con relativi bagni privati (due in camera e uno appena fuori). Salone con vista su una strada dentro la movida ma camere da letto distanti dalla strada e molto silenziose.
Aspectos negativos: Unica pecca,, il check-in chiudeva alle 22, l’aereo ha portato ritardo e siamo arrivati mezz’ora dopo con una quota (25 euro) da dare al ragazzo che ci aspettava per mostrarci tutto e darci le chiavi. Sapevamo già di questa situazione e non è dipeso da noi, ma fa nulla.

Aspectos positivos: Ambiente amplo e aconchegante. Muito bem equipado.
Aspectos negativos: A água quente, se for usada por muito tempo, fica fria (estávamos em 5 pessoas no apartamento, por isso aconteceu esse problema).

Aspectos negativos: Couches and beds could have been more comfortable. Used same 4 towels for 4 night stay.
