Apartamento recomendable muy bien ubicado

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación ideal; el personal muy amable y atento; las camas, e incluso el sofá cama, muy cómodas. Está muy bien equipado e incluso tienen el detalle de dejar café y más productos para el desayuno así como productos de higiene personal y para la lavadora y cocina. Para repetir.

Aspectos negativos: Por poner alguna pega, que la luz solar no entra tanto en las habitaciones pero lo que se ve en las fotos es lo que se encuentra uno

El departamento ideal.

Aspectos positivos: La casa tenía un ambiente acogedor. El departamento era exactamente lo que se nos ofreció y el acompañamiento fue de primera. Todo en orden, todo limpio. Se lo recomiendo a todos.

Aspectos negativos: Nada.

Aspectos positivos: La comunicacion y el trato del anfitrión ha sido excelente. Un apartamento con muy buena ubicación y a la vez tranquilo!

CONFORTABLE

Aspectos positivos: Laubicación, y lo acogedor, era como estar en casa

Aspectos negativos: De vez en cuando pasaba algun coche y se oían pero de vez en cuando

Aspectos positivos: Todo perfecto, un apartamento pequeño pero acojedor. Ademas la cocina muy bien equipada, con el menaje como nuevo ( solo eche en falta un escurridor). Cosa que se agradece ya que hacemos muchas comidas en el apartamento. Ademas muchos detalles por parte del anfitrion, bombones, zumos para los niños, cafe para los mayores, panecillos para el desayuno….

Aspectos negativos: Por poner una pega, le falta luz natural. Pero no es impedimento para repetir si tenemos ocasion.

EXCELENTE EN TODOS LOS SENTIDOS

Aspectos positivos: Todo excelente, desde la comunicación horas antes de llegar a Madrid. Nos esperaban para la entrega de llaves. Nos gustó todo: amabilidad, recomendaciones gastronómicas, ubicación, limpieza...

Aspectos negativos: Nada que decir. El apartamento era exactamente lo que buscábamos.

Apartment with private street access

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was as advertised. It is walking distance to the Prado Museum & Park Retiro. Heating was adequate (stayed in February). Beds were comfy, window blinds provided great pitch dark room. Atocha train station in 10 mins away on foot - airport express bus gets you there in 25 mins.

Aspectos negativos: Check-in is predicated on you having access to internet (whatsapp) to inform the staff that you are 15 mins away from the property. Average sound-proofing so you can hear upstairs neighbours walking at all hours. The street is quiet, but you are on ground floor, so some noise from passers-by and local service and maintenance crews is inevitable.

The apartment suited two friends travelling together, the partitioned bedroom works really well.

Aspectos positivos: Great location with lots of character. We had everything we needed staying here with a small Carrefour over the road, the apartment is positioned well with lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. Communication was very good and we had no issues accessing the property etc.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing that we didn’t like, we had a great time. It is in the city centre in an old building so don’t expect it to be quiet. Usual street noice etc.

Beautiful Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Spacious lounge and bathroom. Good level of equipment with iron, hairdryer, nice smart TV allowing use of netflix and streaming from phones. Comfy beds. Elena's recommendations for food are great, wish we had seen more of them. Matilda cafe 2 mins away is exceptional and amazing value for money. Fab location near Retiro park and Prado museum and nice area close enough to all attractions, didn't use the metro.

Aspectos negativos: Hot water in the shower does run out so between the 3 of us we had to be not too long in the morning, but it's fine really.

We had a lovely stay

Aspectos positivos: Facility is clean and has all needed amenities. It is also good that there is a pharmacy and grocery store few steps away from the apartment. It is also near to el retiro park, museum, atocha station and airport bus station.
