Buen ático en el centro de Madrid

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación era muy buena, tenia buena conexión wifi, muy amables los anfitriones.

Aspectos negativos: Quizás que era complicado mantener la estancia a un nivel de temperatura adecuado, pero es normal al ser un ático, y estar en pleno invierno, y en pleno centro de Madrid son casas antiguas.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, el apartamento en sí estaba muy bien, limpio y nos dejaron un detallito que nos gustó mucho, se agradece cuando no esperas nada.

Aspectos negativos: No es un apartamento para gente alta. En el baño para ducharte tienes que agacharte o sentarte y lo mismo para la cama hinchable del salón.

Aspectos negativos: No elevator but understandable in this older part of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Great location, central but not too busy, not too crowded area. A lot of nice coffee places and restaurants and also a supermarket. A lovely romantic attic apartment with a nice feel to it. We were very happy for 4 days there. There are stairs to climb to get to it, but we took it as an advantage, guilt-free splurge on Jamon & Sangria, as you burn calories till you get upstairs :) Nice accommodating hosts and very clean apartment. A/C also very helpful.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in the middle of things but very peaceful. Lots of space in the flat to chill. Rare to find an apartment with a bath, much appreciated. Ideal for a couple. Owner very easy to communicate with & quick to respond.

Aspectos positivos: A fost usor de preluat cheile, servicii foarte bune, am cerut inainte ajungerii noastre fier de calcat si masa de calcat haine, precum si o patura suplimentara, iar Franklin le-a adus ambalate, noi. Am solicitat o factura pentru servici, iar proprietarul ne-a ajutat cu aceasta pe email. Amplasare foarte buna, aproape de multe facilitati, baruri, pub-uri. La 10 min de metrou, a fost usor sa ne orientam. Cazarea este micuta dar suficient de incapatoare pentru 2 persoane. Pentru un sejur scurt este ideala. Bucataria este utilata iar spatiul de living este frumos amenajat.

Aspectos negativos: Este dificil de urcat pana la etajul 5 cu bagaje grele, fara lift. Am fost in Ianuarie iar locuinta era rece. Parea ca nu s-a mai facut caldura de saptamani. Desi ne-au spus ca se va incalzi repede, caloriferele au ramas oprite (nu functioneaza) iar aparatele de aer conditionat au mers incontinuu. Abia in ziua a 3a a fost ok. Probabil pe timp de vara nu sunt probleme.
