Apartamento bohemio y con encanto muy cerca de Sol.
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es amplio y lleno de encanto. Está situado en una zona de Madrid muy cerca de La Plaza Mayor y Sol. Es muy cómodo y tiene una decoración muy bohemia con mucha personalidad, que hace que te relajes y te sientas como en casa. Fue perfecto para nosotros ya que nos gusta pasear por la ciudad y los puntos de interés. Altamente recomendable.

We enjoyed our 5 days stay in Madrid anyway☀️
Aspectos positivos: It’s near to the places of attractions,restaurants,bars,supermarkets and everything. We didn’t have a hard time looking for what we wanted. We almost walked to visit everyday. We only took the train from and to the airport and when we visited the Santiago Bernabéu stadium,that’s all. The place is clean,well-equiped kitchen,toilets and bathrooms. Good for 1 family with a 2 kids maximum or a group of 4 pax maximum. It’s secured place.
Aspectos negativos: To be honest,we are not used to loud surroundings during the night especially midnight so we are so upset of the neighbors who aren’t aware of their loudness when closing the doors,a dog is barking all night and outside some by passers are shouting. Upstairs,someone turned on the washing machine at 11pm and finished around 1am. And when he/she walks,it really woke us up.

If I visit Madrid again, I would gladly stay here again.
Aspectos positivos: Excellent accommodation. The gallery is perfect for two children. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is OK. The location is excellent.
Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, the air conditioning does not heat. Fortunately, the apartment could be heated with two electric radiators.

Spacious, lovely apartment - walk to everywhere. Lovely management.
Aspectos positivos: Great communication - good value- spacious with well equiped kitchen. Walkable to all the sites.
Aspectos negativos: Upper bedroom lets this apartment down in that the ceiling is extremely low. Very low supply of basic amenities. But all manageable.

A great value apartment for exploring or working in Madrid
Aspectos positivos: The size was perfect for the three of us, with a nice size living space and enough privacy for my daughters. We really enjoyed the location, as it is relatively quiet but close enough to the city centre to allow us to walk to attractions, entertainment and restaurants. Oh, and the \
Aspectos negativos: There were only a couple of niggles. There didn't seem to be sufficient lighting in the hallway to see the number pad to key-in the entry code. A small problem with drainage from one of the showers was fixed very quickly indeed.

Aspectos positivos: Besprekorna cistoca pre svega. Prostran apartman sa odvojenim sobama, na odlicnoj lokaciji, muzeji na samo par minuta hoda, odlicni lokalni barovi sa mnogo zivota i prelijepom atmosferom. Uglavnom, bez potrebe za javnim prevozom sa lakocom se iz ovog apartmana obidje siri centar Madrida. Ako volite flea markete i oni su bukvalno na vrhu ulice :)
Aspectos negativos: Nema nedostataka.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y lo equipado que estaba el depto la zona tranquila pero al alcance de todo hermosa zona.
Aspectos negativos: El techo del baño se arriba y ubicación muy bajos no se cabe parados cómodo pero sacando eso si no sos muy alto pequeño detalle el depto va bien es hermoso re lindo decorado y tiene de todo en cuanto a equipamiento . La llave de ingreso un poco complicado con muchos pasos para acceder pero nada difícil de concretar.

Super mooi appartement, fantastische uitrusting en een perfecte locatie!!!
Aspectos positivos: Perfecte locatie. Appartement heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt, volledig uitgeruste keuken, vaatwasser, wasmachine, föhn, strijkijzer enz! Slechts een paar minuten lopen naar het metrostation. Highlights zijn lopend prima te bereiken, plaza mayor ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Je krijgt een code net voordat je arriveert waarmee je de voordeur kunt openen en de sleutel kun je uit een kluisje in de centrale hal halen. Het appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping.
Aspectos negativos: Er is geen lift aanwezig, meer minpunten zou ik niet kunnen bedenken.
