Aspectos positivos: Everything ok, perfect location and comfort. Ideal place to visit Madrid, everything you need is available in the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: Not so easy to find the apartment the first time, difficult to open the outside door.

Wonderful and would definitely return and recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment, in a fantastic location. Quiet and safe, yet just moments from Plaza de Espana. Minty Stay were super helpful. Only suggestion would be additional pillows.

Comfortable and good location

Aspectos positivos: Great location and good layout. Perfect for couples or two friends with separate bedrooms and showers. Has lift to the apartment on 2nd floor

Aspectos negativos: Water pressure was a little low for showers but not a real problem

Great Location

Aspectos positivos: The appartment is excellently located being on a quiet street but close to a metro station, supermarket, good restaurants and a stroll to the Royal Palace. Spacious rooms and reasonably equipped.WiFi was good.We coped with the lack of water pressure by having hot showers at different times. The close proximity to the Central Police Station meant we felt very safe walking home late at night.

Aspectos negativos: We were always going to arrive between 3 and 4 pm. A hold up at the airport meant that it would be 4.30. I texted the phone number given to inform of the change as someone was meeting us. As we were on the bus from the airport as I had no reply I phoned. The response was that the number doesn't accept text messages and according to the managing agents booking we were arriving by car at 8pm which was never the case. The agent said she would try and find the person with the keys to bring the handover forward. We duly arrived at 4.30 and waited on the pavement in the rain. At 5. 30 I rang again and the agent said she hadn't yet found the person with the keys. Just after 6pm she rang me to say the key man had been found but had had an accident on his bike. He finally arrived as fit as a fiddle at 6.30pm. When paying this amount of money we expect a better level of service and not be lied to and fobbed off. The leaving of one bin bag for the week, lack of a roll of paper towel and sparse cutlery and plates was not up to the standard of many of the apartments in the past.

Great place for a Madrid visit.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location for a visit to Madrid. Metro very close by as are the major places of interest. The apartment was very clean and comfortable having all the facilities for eating in, washing clothes etc. Check-in was very easy as was departure. Also there's a new lift installed, so no struggling up the staircase with suitcases! We had a very enjoyable week and it was great to have a nice place to return to in the evening.

Aspectos negativos: Water pressure not too strong, although the showers were fine. It also took a long time for the basin in the bathroom to drain! A visit from the plumber would deal with these niggles.

Aspectos positivos: Апартаментът е прекрасен - просторен, светъл и топъл. Беше много добре подредено и удобно. Системата за чекиране преди настаняване е много удобна, също така. Домакините са много любезни. Изкарахме си чудесно с наши приятели.

Aspectos negativos: A few better quality utensils kettle toaster etc. quite cheap goods and not as easy as better quality ones. Just about adequate though
