Aspectos positivos: El dpto es muy bonito, tal como se muestra en las imágenes, buena ubicación, calle tranquila, Malasaña es un barrio coqueto, hay de todo alrededor, buena comunicación para ir andando a todas partes o con transporte. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Los administradores muy atentos todo el tiempo, buena comunicación. Es ideal para estancias de una semana o más. Sin dudas volvería.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación sobre todo el apartamento muy coqueto y limpio
Aspectos negativos: Que en el salón no hubiera persiana o una cortina para que no te vean los vecinos si duermes en el sofá.y para oír menos los ruidos y la gente en la calle Y lo de abrir la puerta con el móvil porque iba con mi hija mayor

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente. Super atentos a la hora de la entrada, muy bien explicado todo. Limpieza y comodidad excelente. Sitio tranquilo y bien comunicado, boca de metro super cerca. Repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid.
Aspectos negativos: Como sugerencia, pondría alguna que otra lejita en el aseo para poder poner productos de aseo y esas cosas. También pondria alguna que otra percha en la pared para poder colgar ropa, y algún bolso. Por lo demás perfecto.

Great little break away. Beautiful city and lovely apartment.
Aspectos positivos: Location was good with around a 10 minute walk to the busy shopping area in Madrid. Metro station was a 2 minute walk away which was very convenient. Lots of places to eat and drink close to the apartment so we didn't have to go to far in the evening to eat after a busy day exploring. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet so we weren't disturbed during the night.
Aspectos negativos: Although the door to the apartment had a key code to unlock the outer door to the building was opened by an app sent to my phone. I was a little worried about conserving my phone battery while out during the day so we could enter when we got back. A couple of occasions the app wouldn't load so i had to phone the host to let me in from their end. Which again was a worry about my phone battery life. They were very good and opened the building for us with no hesitation. So I'd take a battery power pack with me in future so i can keep my phone fully charged.

Perfect location in Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Perfect location close to restaurants, grocery stores and metro stops. We felt safe walking around at night. Apartment is very clean with modern updates and nice appliances. Balcony was nice to have but it is very shallow, more of a standing balcony. Apartment was spotless. Comfortable bed and good water. Host was very responsive to inquiries.
Aspectos negativos: We had some confusion to get into the apartment for check-in because the code had not been activated, the problem was corrected after a phone call. The apartment is a bit small to pass from bedroom to bathroom, and the kitchen fridge and cover door open opposite ways which is awkward. Minimal stock of toilet paper provided, we made it work but it is annoying when a premium price is paid and hosts are stingy with toilet paper. Air conditioning was fine in living room but not as good in the bedroom, it would have been helpful to have a fan. We were there in October so it was not so bad but it may be a concern if there in the hot summer months.
