Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado, con todas las instalaciones.

Agradable estadía en una ciudad lindísima.

Aspectos positivos: El departamento es muy cómodo y está bien calefaccionado, algo q agradecemos porq a pesar de la época, hubo noches de bastante frío. La ubicación está bien. Tal vez no sea de las zonas mas lindas de Madrid pero es de fácil acceso a todos lados y nos sentimos seguros.

Aspectos negativos: Es un departamento a la calle en primer piso y por momentos puede ser ruidoso por la noche. La cama de la habitación principal es incomoda, el colchón lo sentí muy blando y como q se hundía hacia el medio. El lavarropa no pudimos hacerlo funcionar los primeros días y tardaron en responder a nuestro reclamo, finalmente nos resolvieron el problema.

Barrio muy bueno con una ubicación perfecta

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación de 10, un barrio maravilloso lleno de todo, nos encantó. Piso luminoso y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. El chico que nos recibió fue muy agradable.

Aspectos negativos: El sofá-cama podría ser un poco mejor. Sólo 3 almohadas y éramos 4; nos hubiera venido bien que en la cocina hubiera un rollo de papel o servilletas (por comentar algo a mejorar)

Aspectos positivos: 1. El alojamiento está muy cerca del centro turístico de Madrid, pero, al mismo tiempo, está en el barrio más tranquilo que, por ejemplo, Sol o Gran Vía. No tuvimos ningunos problemas con el ruido, porque la calle Rodas, donde el alojamiento está situado, está bastante pequeña y tranquila, sin bares ruidosos. Hay tres estaciones de metro muy cerca también, unos 5-6 minutos para llegar allí. También, hay unos supermercados bastante grandes como Mercadona, Carrefour, Lidl para comprar la comida. 2. El alojamiento está muy limpio, bien amueblado, y la cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos que pueda necesitar para su comodidad: incluido la lavavajillas y la lavadora. En general, los apartamentos totalmente corresponden con las fotos. 3. Wi-Fi era ideal, 10/10. 4. La comunicación con la agencia era muy agradable y amistosa, pudimos obtener toda la información por WhatsApp.

Aspectos negativos: No tuvimos ningunos problemas con este alojamiento.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es muy cómoda. El piso estaba muy limpio, con todos los elementos que se pueden llegar a necesitar y algunos detalles extra. Wifi muy rápido. La atención de los propietarios también fue excelente.

Madrid en el Rodas 6

Aspectos positivos: El barrio es muy acogedor, mucha alergia lo rodea. Esta muy cerca de todo. Las fotos son tal cual se ven en la página. Gustavo nos vino a abrir la puerta y fue muy atento con su explicación y asesoramiento en relación a la ciudad.

Aspectos positivos: Location was good. Flat was clean and fairly quiet. Well equipped and quite spacious.

Aspectos negativos: The bed was very soft and gave us both backache. The sofa was not particularly comfortable either.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is within walking distance of the main sights. The accommodation providers communicated with us in advance. On the day of arrival, a kind gentleman named Raul was waiting for us, showed us the apartment, and explained everything important. He also offered help if needed and communicated quickly via WhatsApp. We were even allowed to check in an hour earlier, which we really appreciated. The apartment was very well equipped. The bed and the sofa were quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I can honestly criticize is that the shower enclosure was dirty. Unfortunately, this really detracts from an otherwise nice apartment, especially since it would only require a simple cleaning.

Exceeds expectations but still has room to improve

Aspectos positivos: Location is amazing, the apartment is well-equipped (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc) and is decently spacious. Lots of windows, very bright, and a lot of space for personal storage. The person who let us in, Julio, was very pleasant and welcoming, and the overall team with which we talked on WhatsApp has been very attentive and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: These points (except for the noise isolation) are suggestions on improvements, not complaints. The sound isolation isn't great, especially with the noise from the main street on weekend nights. The dishware is in dire need of replacement, as most plates and bowls were cracked (large chunks on the edges missing). The apartment was tidy when we arrived, but it wasn't very clean (specifically the floor). There is a little bit of mold (mildew) in the bathroom. For longer stays, it would have been beneficial to have fitted bed sheets.

Aspectos positivos: It was a pleasure staying in your apartment, equipped with everything needed for a 12-day stay, a small problem that arose was solved the same day by your professional team, the location is excellent, the apartment is clean, and the wifi is excellent. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay!
