Aspectos positivos: la ubicacion, la limpieza, la insonorizacion y las instalaciones del piso

Aspectos negativos: el parquet del salon esta' un poco viejo y hace bastante ruido pero al final no ha sido un problema

Aspectos positivos: Muy amable Javier, cerca del subte, la ubicación, cocina muy completa.Muy limpio y cuidado.

Aspectos negativos: No me habia dado cuenta que era primer piso por escalera, pero nada terrible.

Aspectos negativos: No se le puede hacer nada, pero la única cosa negativa es la falta de luz natural directa, al dar a un patio interior. Pero nada más.

Aspectos negativos: La falta de tiempo corre de vértigo cuando más agusto estás tienes que marchar.

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo, tranquilo y tiene lo necesario para una estadía como la mía que combino trabajo y estar con la familia

Aspectos positivos: Cómodo, la cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama también. Bien equipado. La ubicación excelente y sus alrededores muy animados.

Aspectos negativos: Olor en el baño proveniente del desagüe de la ducha.

Aspectos positivos: Cómodo, tranquilo, limpio, muy bien surtido de menaje

Aspectos negativos: En ningún sitio había leído con dificultad para personas con problemas de movilidad, no solo por ser primer piso sin ascensor , sino también por los escalones de acceso a dormitorio y baño, por supuesto ningún problema para una persona sin problemas pero supongo más problemático para quien tiene movilidad reducida. Cama bajísima.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, very well connected, the rooms were as advertised. Filled with amenities. Lift available.

Aspectos negativos: There were no covers/blankets. No exhaust in the bathroom. Could have been lit a bit better.

Very good location

Aspectos positivos: One bedroom apartmant, amazing location. Near bus and metro station, very close to grocery shop, couple of cute restaurants. Has everything you need.

Aspectos negativos: Old building so windows are small almost no daylight, wooden floor that is quite loud, pipes and drainage that smell. But it is kind of to be expected in that type of buildings, old buildings in city centres.

A great base in Madrid - everything is close and the apartment is comfortable

Aspectos positivos: Great localization! Next to the main road but totally peaceful (window for the inside of the building - not very hot and quiet). The apartment is big enough for three persons to have a comfort zone. Very cosy, wooden floor, comfortable bed (the sofa not so much, but it's a sofa :) A very, very nice cafe at the bottom of the building, more of them nearby. Metro station 2 min., bus stop 1 min. Great view to the Puerta de Toledo. Three supermarkets on the same street. Very easy to live :) The apartment is clean, well-equipped, you can live there longer (we stayed for a week). Quick contact with the owner.

Aspectos negativos: The only complaint is the smell in the bathroom, but it's a tenement house, so it happens. And one more thing - you can only enter the building using an application on your mobile phone - if there is an internet failure (I had once), you have to wait until someone comes out and lets you in :)
