Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy cómodo y muy céntrico. Muy amplio limpio y cómodo para un grupo grande. Buena calefacción y el agua caliente funcionó perfectamente para las 7.

GENIAL

Aspectos positivos: Todo en general, la amplitud, el que hubiese 3 baños. Cuando se va mucha gente viene muy bien.

Aspectos negativos: Tuve problemas a la hora de pagar la fianza, no me dejaba y tuve que pagar 18€ de exención de daños, que no quería, ya que íbamos de viaje de trabajo y sólo íbamos a estar en el apartamento para dormir.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, plenty of crockery, glasses, utensils, bathrooms were supplied with products, comfy beds, nice area of Madrid

Aspectos negativos: Not enough dishwasher tablets, if there was a tablet for each night, we would have set and emptied before leaving the property, couldn’t was up as there is no draining board and only 1 small tea towel ☹️

Convenient

Aspectos positivos: Great location, within walking distance to reach all the places would go as a tourist. A couple of supermarkets are nearby, very convenient and just 5-minutes-talking. Living here is very convenient for shopping, eating, etc. The room is so clean and comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: Better to add a door for upstairs

Aspectos positivos: Really spacious and super clean. Very quiet, large rooms.

Aspectos negativos: Really hard to get into the apartment. Spent a full day trying to log in to the app the day before we traveled so we decided to go to the office to not waste any more time. Managed to sort it with help.

Amazing apartment in a great location

Aspectos positivos: It’s a beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location. We completely loved it!

Aspectos negativos: Some adjustments need to be done, like blackout curtains in the bedrooms (mainly in the kitchen are one, which has a glass door) and we paid 40€ for a babycot which was so unstable small that we never used it (my baby didn’t even fit in it).

From the impeccable service to the incredibly spacious and fantastic accommodations, our stay felt like having a perfect apartment right in the heart of Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: The bed and pillows, very clean, contemporary interior with nice details.

Aspectos negativos: In one of the bathrooms the shower door wouldn't seal.

Great location, nice apartment, difficult to sleep due to noise at night.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a great location, is very roomy, clean, and has comfy beds and great showers.

Aspectos negativos: The exterior door and security gate clang loudly every time someone enters or exits the building. BAM! BAM! This clanging occurs about every 5 minutes all night long and is VERY loud. It is impossible to sleep in the 2 bedrooms at the end of the hallway because of this noise.
