Aspectos negativos: La persona que nos recibió quedó de enviar a técnico para reparar televisor que no se veía, solo se escuchaba, lo cual nunca sucedió

Aspectos positivos: Excelente apartamento, decorado con mucho gusto, los ventanales y los balcones son ideales! Me encantaron los techos altos. Las almohadas!!! por fin encontré unas que me sean cómodas!.La Cocina equipada completamente el detalle de dejar entre muebles los ladrillos y la viga de madera vistos pero protegidos por un cristal es un detalle que dice mucho del mimo con que realizaron la obra. Realmente nos sentíamos en casa pero en el mismísimo centro de Madrid....todo a mano.....caminas unos minutos de nada y ya estás en todos los sitios que querías visitar. El personal excelente. Aspectos positivos: Perfect location when you wantbto walk around various monuments And discovering night life. Quiet house itself (not the street). Comfortable bed, enough space. Sufficient kitchen equipment. Fourth floor with a view towards Puerta del Sol.
Aspectos negativos: There were no curtains at one of the windows opposite the bed, I felt a bit unconfortable. The sofa was kind of worn out. The street is ve ry busy even at night.

Aspectos positivos: Best location ever. I have been in a lot of other locations in Madrid, but this one was the best, and cant be beaten. The staff was also amazing. Very responsive and ready to help with anything. Great Wifi connection, super fast. Tv with google +, youtube and playstore, you can install whatever you need. Police station 10m away, adds a lot of security, you will feel the safest you have ever felt. Great for 2-3 adults, or 2 adults with kids, 4 adults is too much.
Aspectos negativos: The sofa bed was not so comfy, but still Ok.

Five days in Madrid
Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent, the apartment is in the heart of Madrid. Located on the 4th floor, with an elevator, it is bright and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning system works well, the Wi-Fi signal is good.
Aspectos negativos: Although the studio was clean, the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied and cleaned. For a studio with a kitchen, it seemed natural to me that there should be some strictly necessary products: salt, pepper, etc. It is a coffee machine and I received strictly one capsule per person, per day. I received two messages with instructions related to trash recycling, but we were only given a trash bag. We had to buy trash bags. I had many vacations in apartments, but nowhere did I feel stinginess like here. It's a business that lacks empathy. The TV only works through YouTube.
