Lugar excelente, muy bien ubicado

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado, es silencioso teniendo en cuenta que es una zona super céntrica , la calefacción cumplió su función , tanto los baños como la cocina fueron funcionales.

Aspectos negativos: Tuvimos un inconveniente con la cabecera de una de las camas , que se soltó a mitad de la noche provocando un gran susto , aunque por suerte no fue más que eso . A la mañana siguiente se le avisó al personal y enseguida lo solucionaron. Más allá de este incidente, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien

Ubicación inmejorable

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy limpio, impecable, parece que lo estrenas tú. Muy bien situado, puedes ir a todos los lugares de interés andando pero alejado del ruido.Muy bien equipado, cada dormitorio con su televisión, dos baños completos, aire acondicionado por conductos en todas las estancias que funcionaba perfectamente y respecto al termo de agua caliente, éramos tres mujeres y no hemos tenido ningún problema a la hora de ducharnos.

Aspectos negativos: Las ventanas no tienen cortinas, solo contraventana y al estar al ras de la calle no hay intimidad y si cierras las contraventanas tienes que encender la luz. Me gustaría que hubiera una mesa para comer, pero eso igual es para gustos.

Aspectos positivos: El departamento está puesto muy prolijo, con atención a los detalles e impecablemente limpio. Cómo punto a mejorar mencionara el termotanque eléctrico ya que hay que esperar bastante entre una persona que se ducha y la siguiente. La ubicación es muy buena y la atención fue excelente. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento inmejorable. Tenía miedo porque un comentario decía que el termo no daba para 4. Nosotros fuimos 4 ( 2 chicas pelo largo ) y nos sobró agua caliente a todos. Si regreso a Madrid repetiré seguro.

Cozy place in a nice neighborhood

Aspectos positivos: I recently stayed at this apartment and couldn't be more pleased with most aspects. The location is superb and deserve the 5 star, with easy access to public transportation, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless and well-maintained and very clean. We were in 4 and there were space enough for all of us.

Aspectos negativos: The bathrooms were small. A remark for the owner: fresh towels were needed, so a pair extra will be nice as we stayed from 4 nights. However, there was a persistent bad smell coming from the shower drain, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend it for its convenience and comfort.

Good for a short stay to visit Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Good location, walking distance to lots of touristic attractions, near Metro, supermarket and place to eat/have a drink. Safe neighborhood. Nice host.

Aspectos negativos: Could have been cleaner, shower in one of the bathrooms had so low water pressure that we needed to all shower in the other bathroom. Quite noisy sometimes at night(mezanin with window towards the street), but this is due to the central location.

Aspectos positivos: Great place to stay in Madrid! It's in the city center, it's easy to walk to Gran Vía and many attractions, the metro stop is close by, and the neighbourhood is fun and lively with many bars, restaurants, small boutiques, and grocery shops. The apartment is fantastic for a family of 4. It has 2 bedrooms (with TVs) and 2 bathrooms. a nice kitchen, and a living room with a TV. We had a great week staying in this apartment. The host is very nice and offers a smooth and frustration-free communication. This was a really nice experience for us and we'll definitely come back.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location in a nice cosy place. Really where you need to be in Madrid. The host was really friendly with good tips and on touch all time for our needs. We will definitely recommend them and book again with them.

Aspectos negativos: The only little thing is the photos on the web site. They let you think the place will be bigger than it is, but it was more than enough for a family of 4 with a little one.
