Aspectos negativos: Lo que menos me gustó fue la sexta planta sin ascensor por lo de mas todo bien

Cozy Central Apartment Near Attractions & Nightlife

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is really pleasant and cozy, and the area is very central, close to the main attractions and nightlife. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking, doing laundry, or simply relaxing on the sofa (especially after climbing 6 floors). Each room has its own air conditioning. Life on the street is enjoyable. The beds are comfortably cozy.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing location, literally 20 seconds from the Plaza Mayor. Compact but exactly as advertised with comfy beds. Appreciated the smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Great staff, arranged for someone to meet us at midnight to check we got into our apartment ok.

Aspectos negativos: Not a criticism, as it is very clearly advertised as being without a lift, but if you have mobility issues then the stairs could be a problem as the apartment is on the sixth floor. We didn't find the stairs a problem at all.

Aspectos negativos: 6 flights of stairs, although good for the legs. Web based door entry system clunky, not actually an app.

Fantastic view and accomodation in the centre of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location, fantastic view from the appartment very closed to Puerta del Sol, 2 min walking, we were supported since from our booking until departure . I simply have to suggest to refresh the sofa whoch smelled and maybe to provide a bottle of water for any new guest I'm very satisfied for the choice , please consider that the appartment is located on 6 floor with 120 steps, a little bit difficult in case you have great lugguage , we luckily have simply small bags so no problems and considering we visited Madrid in 3 days from 9 am to 8/9 pm we had no problem for the steps , one go and one back way

Aspectos positivos: Location couldn't be better. Air-conditioning in every room was a must and truly appreciated.

Aspectos negativos: Climbing 6 floors up and down every time we wanted to go back and forth. There was bad smell on occasions coming from the pipes

Aspectos positivos: BArdzo dobrze wyposażony apartament w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji. Czysto, wygodne łóżka, ogrzewanie, klimatyzacja.

Aspectos negativos: 6-te piętro bez windy, ale jest o tym informacja w opisie, wiec to nie do końca minus tylko mała niedogodność.
