El departamentontiene una ubicación increíble para cualquier actividad que uno quiera realizar en Madrid. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía de 2 personas.

Aspectos negativos: La única dificultad fue no poder dejar el equipaje previo al ingreso o posterior al check out por algunas horas con o sin costo

Volvería a repetir seguro.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente. La limpieza, luminosidad. Tiene lavarropa y terraza que ha sumado mucho. El anfitrión excelente.

Cosy studio apartment with the heart of Madrid on your doorstep.

Aspectos positivos: Location was fabulous right in the city centre walkable to all the sites. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. While small the property was fully equipped. The terrace was lovely although it was a little too early in the season when I went to take full advantage of it.

Aspectos negativos: You could definitely hear your neighbours but think that is more the nature of Spanish apartment living.

Great location - good vibes

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is very bright and has everything you need. The A/C is strong, so there’s no struggle during the hot summer in Madrid (no need to worry). The position of the apartment is also great: the Sun doesn’t hit directly, but it’s still full of natural light and good vibes. There are two elevators and it’s completely keyless (two doors using codes). Check-in was smooth and fully contactless — we received all the access codes the day before arrival. All our requests (like early check-in and late check-out) were quickly answered and accepted. The location is amazing — super central, right between Chueca and Malasaña, my favourite area in Madrid, near Gran Vía and Fuencarral, with tons of restaurants, shops, and a lively atmosphere. I’d recommend this place.

Aspectos negativos: Shower water pressure was weak and the showerhead was bad. The check-in and check-out times are quite outside the standard, but I was able to adjust them by paying an additional fee for early checkin and late checkout.

Great apartment in the centre of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: The apartments are located in the heart of Madrid - most tourist locations are within walking distance. The apartments have everything you need, and the terrace is a real decoration of the house. Communication with the host is as pleasant as possible))

Aspectos positivos: Nice appartment in the center of Chueca area 5 minutes walk to restaurants cafes and bars. A very cool balcony you can easily stay out there all day when the weather is good.
