Aspectos positivos: La ubicación , las vistas y conectado con todo Madrid
Aspectos negativos: La iluminación escasa, no funcionaba el horno , las almohadas hay que cambiarlas y algunos tomas no tenían las tapas

Aspectos positivos: La experiencia en general muy buena. Piso nuevo, bonito, cerca del metro, zona tranquila...
Aspectos negativos: La descripción del piso no se corresponde, indicaba espacio para 8 con dos camas de matrimonio, 2 gemelas y un sofá cama y al llegar allí vimos que era mentira, una de las camas de matrimonio era individual. Nosotras no tuvimos problema porque eramos 6 pero tuvimos que dormir dos en el sofá cama. Si sois más de 6 no cabeis.

Excellent value apartment.
Aspectos positivos: Spacious apartment. Really good value. Excellent hosts - easy to contact and happy to help. Nice local area. Outside central Madrid but we really enjoyed the area - plenty of shops and we found some great tapas. Metro stop virtually on doorstep so we could go anywhere really easily. We really enjoyed staying somewhere different outside the city centre.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing really but be aware it’s on the 11th floor of an apartment block. Lift really speedy. It’s not a posh apartment so it depends what you are wanting- but it was well equipped, spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

successful choice
Aspectos positivos: We stayed at the apartment 23rd November 2023 until the 26th. We were a group of 6 adult Greek people , 3 females , 3 males. The transportation from Madrid airport is rather easy and you just switch one metro line and it takes 40 minutes more or less altogether to reach the metro stop Plaza Eliptica which is located right below the apartment. Very very convenient transportation.Bus stops are also right below the apartment that take you directly to center or wherever you need across Madrid.The apartment it self is located on the 11th floor of a big complex highrise building so be ready for good views,When we arrived at the apartment there were clean sheets , clean towels for all 6 people and some bathroom amenities as well. Internet was with good speed and always on. Will deffinetely visit Casa Eliptica apartment again Tip:Plaza Eliptica is a good starting point for a day trip in Toledo as well. The buses depart from right below the apartment!
Aspectos negativos: The surrounding area isnt the best, but at no time we felt fear or disregard not even a bit. A Madrid working class neighborhood with lots of families and kids. (Get your english translators ready because except the host/s who were always ready to answer everything in English , we couldnt find a lot of people to communicate in English) Hot water,which was not enough for the 6 of us , but with patience and waiting a bit to reboil everything is ok.

Super Anbindung
Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Haus, direkt neben der Metro-Station. Es fahren auch verschiedene Busse ab dort. Die Anbindung ist also generell gut, die Wohnung war für 5 Personen auch völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Wir fühlten uns sicher. Es gibt viele Bars und Möglichkeiten zu Essen in der Gegend. In ca. 9 Geh-Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein großer Park mit verschiedenen Spielgeräten. Super für Familien mit Kindern.
