Aspectos positivos: Todo genial . Zona , apartamento, instalaciones y trato con la propiedad

A PESAR DE LAS CRITICAS CONSTRUCTIVASS REALIZADAS AL APARTAMENTO, ME VOLVERIA A ALOJAR EN EL MISMO.

Aspectos positivos: LA UBICACION DEL LUGAR ES MUY BUENA. AMPLIO APARTAMENTO PARA 5 PERSONAS. SE NOTA QUE EL APARTAMENTO HA TENIDO UN UP-GRADE. LOS BAÑOS AMPLIOS Y MUY COMODOS.

Aspectos negativos: EL DISPOSITO WIFI ESTA MAL UBICADO Y NO PERMITE UNA BUENA SEÑAL. LAS LUMINARIAS DEL CORREDOR PRINCIPAL NO FUNCIONABAN ADECUADAMENTE. CUANDO UNO SALE A LA CALLE PASA POR LA BODEGA DE DESECHOS Y SUELE OLER MAL.

Aspectos positivos: Los metros cuadrados de la vivienda. El tamaño del salón, los baños. La situación La limpieza

Aspectos negativos: Falta de menaje (vasos, platos, etc.). Tienes que poner el friegaplatos continuamente. No hay mantel para la mesa del comedor. Habitaciones a patio interior, solo el salón da a la calle; aunque los baños tienen ventana. Las dos planchas pierden agua y sin potencia.

Estancia Familiar en Madrid

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es espacioso, los baños son amplios y bien equipados, la zona es excelente con bares, supermercados, restaurantes y farmacias muy cerca. La Sra Adriana fue muy amable con nosotros y la comunicacion con Elizabeth fue muy fluida.

Aspectos negativos: El dia de la llegada tuvimos una confusion con la direccionn y el taxi solicitado. La direccion que toma booking por default para realizar el traslado desde el aeropuerto esta errada, la direccion correcta esta en la reserva. Hay que estar atento con eso

Aspectos negativos: Que habíamos quedado de entrar temprano porque llegamos de un largo vuelo y estuvimos desde las 8:30 am a 10:00 am sentados fuera del edificio tratando de llamar a los números que booking me pone y tipo 11:20 am fue que se comunicó el anfitrión por WS

Excelente ubicación, espacio muy confortable

Aspectos positivos: El lugar es muy cómodo y buen ubicado. Sería bueno contar con un teléfono de referencia. Nosotros tuvimos que hospedarnos en un hotel la primera noche por un problema de comunicación, es decir que la primera noche la debimos pagar dos veces

Aspectos negativos: El trato de la persona encargada del edificio fue muy mala. Esperó a mi esposo en la puerta de la calle y ahí lo regañó piréis gsbus colocado mal la bolsa de la basura. Adujo que quienes entregan el apto nunca dan buen la información y realmente trato muy mal a mi esposo a vista de toda la gente que pasaba por la calle. Deberían corregir eso, hicimos un favor trasladando la basura al contenedor y eso nos ocasionó un pésimo momento

Great flat and area, would definitely stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: We had to text once arriving at the airport. Timing arrival at property is a bit tricky if you don't know how long it takes. Management reacted fast to our messages and we were greeted very friendly by a member of the team who showed us around and explained everything. The area is fab and public transport near by, also a small supermarket for daily needs. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the property.

Aspectos negativos: The property's kitchen is great with regard to coffee machine, pods and other equipment. However, in case this is relevant, there are not many utensils for cooking proper meals. We guessed who ever pays this amount for a holiday flat probably dines out most of the time.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location! Pharmacy, supermarkets, takeaways via uber, 20 mins from airport. All amenities provided. Weekly cleaner, very clean and spacious. Showers were great and beds very comfortable

Aspectos negativos: the wifi coverage was weak and did not cover the whole apt. may be the location of the router needs to be changed.

Good accommodation in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: This was a perfect location for me, with plenty of room and kitchen appliances for solo travel. You can easily stay at this accommodation with five people, but dishes have to be washed every day. Also the wifi was good for work, only works in the living room tho.

Aspectos negativos: The elevator starts beeping in the staircase if someone leaves the door open. I had this happen to me on three separate nights, and I could hear it in the farthest bedroom.
