Fabulous centrally located stay

Aspectos positivos: Loved the location and we knew we were in an interesting part of town when the double decker red bus went by. Also after walking the Camino appreciated being able to do our washing. Also found Luis to be very welcoming.

Aspectos negativos: While we had our own bowls for breakfast cereal they would likely be missed by some travellers.

Aspectos positivos: Location is excellent, in the centre, all attractions are near the apparent. It is clean and comfortable. We have very late check in, Luis was very kind and he was waiting us.

Aspectos negativos: Hair dryer was broken, the toalet paper was missing, we have only half roll, towels for hands are very small, and the bedding smells bad.

We had an amazing stay. Lovely owner very accommodating. Even a short stay but worth it. We will definitely come back.

A beautiful apartment in a great central location in the heart of the city.

Aspectos positivos: We loved the central location as it was perfect for travelling to all the major Madrid attractions and close to public transport. The assistance we received from our host Luis was excellent as he met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we required.

Aspectos negativos: There was little we didn’t like but there was an issue with the ensuite shower door which had come away from the base track.

Aspectos positivos: The location was brilliant. So close to Plaza Mayor and C. de La Cava Baja. A really well appointed and comfortable apartment.

Aspectos negativos: Instructions for the washing machine would’ve been helpful, and breakfast bowls would add to the well equipped kitchen.

3 day city break

Aspectos positivos: Just back from a 3 day stay in Madrid Absolutely amazing apartment 🙌 I have no negatives. Apartment is on 5th floor there's a extra small lift if you don't like small spaces it's a hike but worth it. 2 bed room one main bathroom one en-suite Beds are 👌with comfortable pillows Full equipped kitchen with a supermarket 30 seconds from the front door. Booking and check-in and out were seamless, and the host was accessible and nice to deal with. It's a 5min walk from the plaza mayor square. It's a gem of an apartment and I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Luis for having us.
