Moderno y Excelente ubicación

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, las fotos tal cual como es el apartamento, moderno, amplio y luminoso, a la llegada teníamos unos detalles de bienvenida de parte del anfitrión y aunque el edificio tiene algunos escalones en la entrada, el edificio tiene ascensor, es muy tranquilo y a la vez muy céntrico… fue perfecto para mi viaje con mi madre y mi niño

Aspectos negativos: Only small things: door is hard to open and the living room is very uncomfortable and low quality

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is spacious and well equipped with loads of storage, and its location was ideal for us, Salamanca is a really nice area with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and small supermarkets within easy walking distance. If you don't mind walking for 30 minutes, it is within walking distance of both the Bernabeu Stadium and Madrid centre, but there are also several Metro stations in around 10 minutes walk, and the cost of Metro tickets is very reasonable. The apartment is on a busy road (but all of the bedrooms are away from the road and so very quiet) and this meant it was also very easy to get a taxi when required.

Comfortable space and great location!

Aspectos positivos: Apartment was very spacious and comfortable, equiped with all that you need. Location was great as well, literally few minutes from metro station but also walking down the Serrano street was joyfull. Host was well organised and keen to make our vacation better.

Lovely place to stay in Salamanca

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Quiet location. Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we return to Madrid!

Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff welcomed us and there was even a bottle of wine, several bottles of water with some snacks waiting for us. The apartment was clean, roomy and well furnished for our needs.

Aspectos negativos: The other occupants of the building were noisy from time to time with loud bangs and other noises after 10 pm. This didn't bother us too much.

An Exceptional apartment in an ideal location, balcony a huge bonus.

Aspectos positivos: Stayed a week in this lovely apartment. Very spacious, exceptionally clean, had everything you needed in the apartment. Nothing was a bother to lady from rental company who let us in and explained everything. A nice touch they left us a bottle wine and nibbles. Ideally located with many restaurants and bars near by at affordable prices. Bus service one or two streets away. Metro was was only 15 minutes walk. The balcony was a lovely bonus we sat there many an evening watching world go by.

Aspectos negativos: Could not fault apartment, though husband who is a sports addict was disappointed no English tv 😳

Nice stay in a spacious property in central Madrid

Aspectos positivos: The property is very spacious and well located - in the middle of the Salamanca area of Madrid and not far from the main thoroughfare Castellana. All of Madrid's attractions are within walking distance or a short metro ride from the property. There are a couple of supermarkets and bakeries close by, and there are plenty of restaurant options in the neighbourhood. The property was clean, and with all facilities. The property manager was attentive to our needs, and always available. We would recommend this property for future visitors.

Aspectos negativos: While the property is located in a building with a concierge and has secure locks, providing a safe deposit box would further enhance its attraction.
